La Pasta Camerino

The finest egg pasta is produced only a few kilometers from the ancient city of Camerino in the Marche region of Italy. This family owned artisan pasta spares no expense in producing an egg pasta of the highest quality. Only the finest 1st ground pure semolina is kneaded with 33% fresh eggs and slow dried to perfection.

The pasta consists entirely of eggs and semolina as no water is used in it's production assuring an unadulterated product of the highest level. Hand packaged one by one, this small operation is considered to be the pinnacle of Italian pasta making.
